<p class="ql-align-justify">Soft tissue fragments collectively measured 0.6 cm, totally embedded.</p>
<p><strong><em><u>Colonoscopic biopsy:</u></em></strong></p><ul><li><strong>Moderate chronic colitis with inflammatory activity. </strong></li><li><strong>Negative for epithelial dysplasia. </strong></li><li><strong>Negative for malignancy. </strong></li></ul>
