<ul><li class="ql-align-justify">Polypoid lesions composed of hyperplastic endocervical mucous glands and covered by focally ulcerated columnar endocervical epithelium. Stroma is fibrotic and vascular and shows focal infiltration by inflammatory cells. No evidence of atypia or malignancy. </li><li class="ql-align-justify">Endometrium is non-secretory, it is formed of slightly branching glands lined by 1-2 layers of cells. Stroma is cellular. No evidence of complex glandular pattern. No evidence of atypia or malignancy.</li></ul>
<p>Cervical Polyps, D and C biopsy. .</p>
<p>Bloody soft tissue fragments collectively measured 6.5x6x1 cm, totally embedded.</p>
<p><strong><em><u>Cervical and endometrial biopsies:</u></em></strong></p><ul><li><strong>Inflamed hyperplastic endocervical polyps. </strong></li><li><strong>Mild simple endometrial hyperplasia, negative for atypia. </strong></li><li><strong>Negative for malignancy. </strong></li></ul>
