<p>Lymph node shows preserved normal nodal pattern and hyperplasia of the lymphoid follicles which retain active and intact germinal centers with tingible body macrophages. No evidence of specific granulomas. No evidence of malignancy. Picture is consistent with reactive follicular lymphoid hyperplasia. Recommended for confirmatory marker study (CD20, CD3, Bcl2 and CD10).</p><p class="ql-align-justify"><br></p>
<p class="ql-align-justify">Rt cervical mass associated with pain of 7 years duration.</p>
<p>One soft tissue fragment measured 1x1x0.8 cm, totally embedded.</p>
