<p class="ql-align-justify">Polypoid lesion formed of non-secretory hyperplastic endometrium, it is formed of branching glands exhibiting moderate cystic dilatation with focal crowdness. Glands are lined by 1-3 layers of cells. Stroma is compact with scattered thick walled blood vessels. No evidence of complex pattern, atypia or malignancy. No evidence of cervical tissue in submitted material.</p><p class="ql-align-justify"><br></p>

<p>One grey polyp from the endocervix measuring 3 x 2 x 1 cm; totally embedded.</p>
