<p class="ql-align-justify">Section show cyst lined by several layers of polygonal luteinized cells with interstitial hemorrhage into wall. No evidence of atypia or malignancy.</p><p class="ql-align-justify">Fallopian tube shows fragments of degenerated decidua with immature edematous chorionic villi and associated severe interstitial hemorrhage. No evidence of fetal tissues. No evidence of tumors.</p><p class="ql-align-justify"><br></p>
<p class="ql-align-justify">Ectopic tubal pregnancy of fallopian tube and ovarian cystectomy.</p>
<p class="ql-align-justify">Ovarian cyst received opened measured 2.3x1.7x1.3 cm. Received in the same container separate fallopian tube measuring 5x1.5 cm having hemorrhagic cut section. Also received bloody soft tissue fragments collectively measured 8.5x7x1.5 cm, totally embedded.</p>
<p><strong><em><u>Ovarian cystectomy and Salpingectomy</u></em></strong>:</p><ul><li><strong>Hemorrhagic luteal cyst. </strong></li><li><strong>Ectopic tubal pregnancy. </strong></li><li><strong>Negative for tumors. </strong></li></ul>
