<p class="ql-align-justify">Moderately cellular myometrial tumors formed of whorly bundles of mature smooth muscles separated by a fibrous stroma. Few mitotic figures are observed. One of them showed giant bizzare nulcei. There is no evidence of tumor necrosis, atypia or malignancy.</p>
<p>Uterine masses.</p>
<p class="ql-align-justify">Fibroid masses collectively measured 7x6.5x2.3 cm, with the largest measuring 4x3x2.3 cm, having solid rubber whitish cut section.</p>
<p><strong><em><u>Uterine masses, excision </u></em></strong></p><ul><li><strong>Cellular leiomyomas with one leiomyoma with bizzare nuclei (symblastic leiomyoma) </strong></li><li><strong>Negative for malignancy.</strong></li><li><strong>Recommended for follow-up.</strong></li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>COMMENT</strong>:</p><h5 class="ql-align-justify">The majority of cellular leiomyomas will behave in a benign fashion. However, some will show a more aggressive behavior; hence, a long-term follow-up policy is advised.</h5>
