<p class="ql-align-justify">Myometrial tumor is a benign leiomyoma formed of whorly bundles of mature smooth muscles separated by a fibrous stroma. Three of them are moderately cellular. No evidence of tumor necrosis. No evidence of atypia or malignancy.</p>
<p>Primary infiltrity, multiple myomas.</p>
<p class="ql-align-justify">Multiple fibroid masses collectively measured 11x10x2 cm, with the largest measuring 3x3x2 cm, having solid rubbery whitish cut section.</p>
<p><strong><em><u>Uterine masses, excision:</u></em></strong></p><ul><li><strong>Leiomyomas, three of them are cellular. </strong></li><li><strong>Negative for malignancy. </strong></li></ul>
