<p class="ql-align-justify">An exophytic skin lesion showing papillary formations of hyperkeratotic and acanthotic stratified squamous epithelium. There are multiple horn pseudocysts. In area, there is a focal ulceration with related collection of fibrin clot entangling many cell debris and degenerated inflammatory cells. denoting crust formation. No evidence of malignancy.</p>
<p>Ulcerating lesion on Rt lateral aspect of nose.</p>
<p class="ql-align-justify">Soft tissue fragment measured 0.6x0.5x0.4 cm, totally embedded.</p>
<p><strong><em><u>Rt lateral nasal lesion, biopsy:</u></em></strong></p><ul><li><strong>Seborrheic keratosis, inflamed and focally ulcerated. </strong></li><li><strong>Negative for malignancy.</strong></li></ul>
