Exophytic skin lesion showing papillary formations of hyperkeratotic and markedly acanthotic stratified squamous epithelium densely rich in melanin pigment. There are multiple horn pseudocysts. Upper dermis shows focal infiltration by lymphocytes and plasma cells. No evidence of malignancy and excision of lesion looks complete.
