<p class="ql-align-justify">Exophytic skin lesion showing papillary formations of hyperkeratotic and markedly acanthotic stratified squamous epithelium densely rich in melanin pigment. There are multiple horn pseudocysts. Upper dermis shows focal infiltration by lymphocytes and plasma cells. No evidence of malignancy and excision of lesion looks complete.</p>
<p class="ql-align-justify">Vulval itching and skin thickening, biopsy from labia majors.</p>
<p class="ql-align-justify">Multiple skin eclipses collectively measured 4x3.5x0.8 cm, the largest measuring 2x1.3x0.8 cm.</p>
<p><strong><em><u>Vulval Skin lesion, excision:</u></em></strong></p><ul><li><strong>Pigmented acanthotic seborrheic keratosis</strong></li><li><strong>Negative for malignancy.</strong></li></ul>
