<p>Breast mass.</p>
<p class="ql-align-justify">Wide local excision of breast mass: fibrofatty tissue measured 23x7.5x6.5, partialy covered by skin measuring 17x3.5 cm, with attached axillary tail measured 9x5.5x2.5 cm. Serial sectioning revealed fairly defined greyish white firm mass measuring 3.5x2.5x2 cm, located 3 cm, 2 cm, 6 cm, 7 cm and 2.5 cm from superior, inferior, medial, lateral and deep margins, respectively. Dissected axillary lymph nodes are variable sized, largest is 1.5 cm.</p>
<h3><strong><em><u>Breast mass, wide excision with axillary clearance </u></em></strong>:</h3><ul><li><strong> Invasive carcinoma of no special type, NST (= Invasive duct carcinoma), grade 3.</strong></li><li><strong>Lymph nodes are negative. </strong></li><li><strong>All margins negative. </strong></li><li><strong>Positive lymphovascular invasion and perineural permeation. </strong></li><li><strong>Stage pT2N0Mx. </strong></li></ul>
