<p>Pleural effusion.</p>
<p class="ql-align-justify">Two smears were prepared from submitted 1 ml grey mucoid fluid and stained.</p>
<p><strong><em><u>Pleural effusion, conventional cytology</u></em></strong>:</p><ul><li><strong>Mild inflammatory changes.</strong></li><li><strong>Negative for malignancy (ISRSE Category II).</strong></li></ul>
