Preparations show many small and large ball clusters of cohesive atypical epithelial cells admixed with reactive mesothelial cells and moderate background of small lymphocytes with few neutrophils. In view of patient's past history, picture of metastatic adenocarcinoma, most likely of breast primary origin.
