<p class="ql-align-justify">Fibrotic cyst wall showing broad and sessile fibrotic projections covered by non-mucigenic low cells. Rest of cyst wall is lined by same type of cells. No evidence of epithelial piling up. Adjacent ovarian tissue showing cystic follicles. Attached fallopian tube is unremarkable. No evidence of specific granulomas. No evidence of atypia or malignancy.</p>
<p>Right ovarian cyst.</p>
<p class="ql-align-justify">Received opened ovarian cyst measured 14x11.5x8.5 with smooth outer surface and attached fallopian tube measured 7 cm.</p>
<h3><strong><em><u>Right oophorectomy</u></em></strong>:</h3><ul><li><strong>Papillary serous cystadenofibroma. </strong></li><li><strong>Fallopian tube is unremarkable. </strong></li><li><strong>Negative for malignancy.</strong></li></ul>
