Diagnosis
<p class="ql-align-justify">Polypoid lesion formed of non-secretory hyperplastic endometrium, it is formed of branching glands exhibiting moderate cystic dilatation with focal crowdness. Glands are lined by 1-3 layers of cells. Stroma is compact with scattered thick walled blood vessels. Endometrium is non-secretory, it is formed of slightly branching glands lined by 1-2 layers of cells. Stroma is cellular. No evidence of complex glandular pattern. Some of the hyperplastic endometrium are seen embedded within superficial myometrium. Cervix shows napothian cysts and mild endocervicitis. Both ovaries shows cystic follicles. Fallopian tubes are unremarkable. No evidence of atypia or malignancy.</p>
<p>Irregular vaginal bleeding.</p>
<p class="ql-align-justify">Panhysterectomy specimen; uterus measures 10.5x7.5x5 cm with myometrial thickness of 2.5 cm showing and endometrial thickness of 0.5 cm, with endometrial polyp measured 1.5x1 cm. Cervix is 2.5 cm, long. <span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34);">The Rt. ovary measured 2.5x1.5x1 cm, showing a unilocular cyst measured 1.3x1 cm. The Lt. ovary measured 2.7x1.3x1 cm, showing a unilocular cyst measured 1.5x1 cm. The right and left fallopian tubes measured 5.5 cm and 6 cm in length, respectively, and are grossly unremarkable</span></p>
