Both soft tissue masses revealed an invasive carcinoma formed of irregular groups of large malignant cells exhibiting focal ductal differentiation. Anaplasia and mitosis are moderate and stromal fibrosis is mild to moderate. Tumor infiltrating lymphocytes are moderate. Lymphovascular invasion is noted.No evidence of surrounding tissue clearance.

Sections from both submitted fragments show an invasive carcinoma formed of irregular groups of large malignant cells exhibiting focal ductal differentiation. Many of the tumor groups are small and located within empty spaces imparting a micropapillary pattern. Anaplasia and mitosis are moderate and stromal fibrosis is moderate. Areas of lymphovascular permeation are seen.
