<p class="ql-align-justify">Left testicular mass. CT scan: ~ 6x5x5 cm ill-defined soft tissue mass lesion in the left testis causing focal expansion of the scrotal sac.( a known case of testicular carcinoma).</p>
<p class="ql-align-justify">Left orchiectomy measuring 12x6x5 cm with attached spermatic cord 4x2 cm. Serial sectioning revealed large ill-defined mass confined to the testis measuring 8.5x5 x4.5 cm, with white tan lobulated cut surface.</p>
<p><strong><em><u>Left Radical Orchiectomy:</u></em></strong></p><ul><li><strong>Consistent with Large cell non Hodgkin lymohoma. </strong></li></ul><h5><strong>Recommended for confirmation and subclassification by immunohistochemical studies (CD20, CD3, CK, SALL4, Ki-67) .</strong></h5>
