<p>Rectal mass.</p>
<p class="ql-align-justify">Soft tissue fragments collectively measured 1.2 cm, totally embedded.</p>
<h3><strong><em><u>Rectal mass, endoscopic biopsy:</u></em></strong></h3><ul><li><strong>Superficial material, active inflammatory ulceration and septic granulation tissue, possibly non-representative.</strong></li><li><strong>Recommended for re-biopsy.</strong></li></ul><h6><br></h6><h5><strong><u>COMMENT:</u></strong></h5><h5>In view of submitted data regarding the presence of mass lesion, please consider rebiopsy from the tumor mass proper away from the ulcerative area.</h5>
