Myometrial tumor is a benign leiomyoma formed of whorly bundles of mature smooth muscles separated by a fibrous stroma. No evidence of tumor necrosis. No evidence of atypia or malignancy. Polypoid lesion and endometrium formed of non-secretory hyperplastic endometrium with branching glands exhibiting moderate cystic dilatation with focal crowdness. Glands are lined by 1-3 layers of cells. Stroma is compact with scattered thick-walled blood vessels. Islands of these endometrial glands and stroma are seen entrapped deep within myometrium. No evidence of complex pattern. Cervix shows Nabothian cysts. Both ovaries show corpora albicans. Both fallopian tubes are unremarkable.
Uterine mass and abnormal uterine bleeding.

The uterine cavity was almost filled by an intramural fibroid mass measuring 13x8.5x7 cm, having a solid rubbery whitish cut section. The cervix is 2.5 cm long.
