No evidence of specific granulomas. No evidence of atypia or malignancy and excision looks complete. </p>

<p class="ql-align-justify">Mucosal fragment measured 1.3x0.8x0.5 cm, showing ulceration in an area of 1x0.6 cm, totally embedded.</p>
<p><strong><em><u>Upper lip lesion, excision biopsy:</u></em></strong></p><ul><li><strong>Active inflammatory ulceration.</strong></li><li><strong>Negative for atypia or malignancy. </strong></li></ul>
