A benign, well-encapsulated tumor formed of proliferating breast ducts and stromal fibrocytes. The architecture displays a mixed pattern, where areas of equal component representation (pericanalicular) alternate with areas where stromal proliferation compresses ducts into slit-like structures (intracanalicular). The stroma exhibits distinct ancient changes characterized by dense hyalinization and sclerosis, containing focal dystrophic microcalcifications. No evidence of malignancy is identified.
