<p class="ql-align-justify">A benign, well-encapsulated tumor formed of proliferating breast ducts and stromal fibrocytes. The architecture displays a mixed pattern, where areas of equal component representation (pericanalicular) alternate with areas where stromal proliferation compresses ducts into slit-like structures (intracanalicular). The stroma exhibits distinct ancient changes characterized by dense hyalinization and sclerosis, containing focal dystrophic microcalcifications. No evidence of malignancy is identified.</p>
<p>Breast mass</p>
<p class="ql-align-justify">Soft tissue fragments collectively measured 8.5x5.5x2.2 cm, the largest measuring 7x3 5x2.2 cm, having solid rubbery whitish cut section.</p>
<p><strong><em><u>Breast mass, Excision biopsy:</u></em></strong></p><ul><li><strong>Ancient Fibroadenoma (Mixed type) with focal microcalcification. </strong></li><li><strong>Negative for malignancy. </strong></li></ul>
