Diagnosis
<p class="ql-align-justify">Endometrium shows hyperplastic non-secretory endometrial glands, it is formed of slightly branching glands lined by 1-2 layers of cells. Stroma is cellular. No evidence of complex glandular pattern. Some of the hyperplastic endometrium are seen embedded within deep myometrium. Cervix shows Nabothian cysts and mild endocervicitis and squamous metaplasia. Both ovaries shows Corpora albicans. Fallopian tubes are unremarkable. No evidence of atypia or malignancy.</p>
<p>Abnormal vaginal bleeding.</p>
<p class="ql-align-justify">Panhysterectomy specimen; uterus measures 10.5x7.5x5 cm with myometrial thickness of 2.5 cm showing trabeculation and endometrial thickness of 0.8 cm. Cervix is 3 cm, long, with small cysts largest is 0.6 cm. <span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34);">The Rt and Lt ovaries measured 2.3x1.5x1.2 cm, each. The right and left fallopian tubes measured 5.5 cm and 6 cm in length, respectively, and are grossly unremarkable</span></p>
<h3><strong><em><u>Panhysterectomy</u></em></strong>:</h3><ul><li><strong>Moderate simple endometrial hyperplasia without atypia </strong></li><li><strong>Deep adenomyosis </strong></li><li><strong>Cervical Nabothian cysts and mild endocervicitis and squamous metaplasia. </strong></li><li><strong>Ovarian corpora albicans. </strong></li><li><strong>Fallopian tubes are unremarkable.</strong></li><li><strong>Negative for malignancy. </strong></li></ul>
