<p>Distal femur osteolytic bony lesion. History of previous femoral fracture fixed by plate and screw.</p>
<p>White hard fragments collectively measured 4.5x3.8x0.8 cm, totally embedded.</p>
<p><strong><em><u>Distal femur lesion, curettage:</u></em></strong></p><ul><li><strong>Enchondroma.</strong></li><li><strong>Negative for malignancy. </strong></li></ul>
