1- Fibrotic cyst wall lined by a single layer of cuboidal non-mucigenic cells. No evidence of epithelial piling up or cytological atypia. No evidence of atypia or malignancy.
2- Smears are hemorrhagic and show a paucicellular background composed predominantly of proteinaceous fluid with scattered macrophages with hemosiderin-laden forms, occasional inflammatory cells, and rare benign epithelial cells; no cytologic atypia or malignant cells are identified.

1- Received opened cyst 11x8x3 cm, with smooth outer surface.
2- Twenty ml of bloody fluid; one smear was prepared and stained.
