<p class="ql-align-justify">Fibrous cyst wall lined by keratinized squamous epithelium with hair follicles and sebaceous glands in wall together with few sweat gland ducts. Lumen of cyst is full of keratin flakes. Cyst wall show related dense inflammatory reaction rich in neutrophils. No evidence of specific granulomas. No evidence of malignancy.</p><p class="ql-align-justify"><br></p>
<p>Lt. upper eyelid mass.</p>
<p class="ql-align-justify">Partialy covered soft tissue fragment measured 1x0.8x0.6 cm, totally embedded.</p>
<p><strong><em><u>Upper eyelid mass, excision biopsy:</u></em></strong></p><ul><li><strong>Dermoid cyst, inflamed.</strong></li><li><strong>Negative for malignancy. </strong></li></ul>
