<p>Panhysterectomy.</p>
<p class="ql-align-justify">Panhysterectomy specimen; the uterus measured 6.8x5.5x4.5 cm with a myometrial thickness of 2.3 cm and an endometrial thickness of 0.6 cm, with fairly defined endometrial soft to rubbery mass measuring 4.5x1.3x1.3 cm. The cervix is 1.5 cm long. Rt and Lt ovaries measured 3.5x3x2 cm and 4x3x2.3 cm, respectively; both were grossly unremarkable. Right and Left Fallopian tubes measured 5.5 cm and 6 cm, both were grossly unremarkable.</p>
