<p class="ql-align-justify">Polypoid lesion and endometrium formed of non-secretory hyperplastic endometrium with branching glands exhibiting moderate cystic dilatation with focal crowdness. Glands are lined by 1-3 layers of cells. Stroma is compact with scattered thick walled blood vessels. Islands of these endometrial glands and stroma are seen entrapped superficial within myometrium. No evidence of complex pattern. Ovary shows corpora albicans. Fallopian tubes is unremarkable.</p>
<p>Vaginal bleeding.</p>
<p class="ql-align-justify">Subtotal hysterectomy with unilateral salpingo-oophorectomy specimen showing corpus uterine measuring 4.5x3.8x3 cm, with myometrial thickness of 1.5 cm and endometrial thickness of 0.4 cm, and an intracavitary polyp measured 1.7x1 cm. Lt ovary measured 2.3 1. 5x0.8 cm, Lt tube measured 3 cm, both are grossly unremarkable.</p>
<p><strong><em><u>Subtotal hysterectomy with Lt salpinoopherectomy:</u></em></strong></p><ul><li><strong>Moderate simple cystic endometrial hyperplasia without atypia. </strong></li><li><strong>Superficial adenomyosis. </strong></li><li><strong>Hyperplastic endometrial polyp. </strong></li><li><strong>Ovarian corpora albicans. </strong></li><li><strong>Unremarkable Fallopian tubes. </strong></li></ul>
