The interfollicular area is infiltrated by lymphocytes and plasma cells. No evidence of specific granulomas. No evidence of malignancy.</p>
<p>Nasopharyngeal mass.</p>
<p class="ql-align-justify">Soft tissue fragments collectively measured 1.3x1x0.6 cm, totally embedded.</p>
<p><strong><em><u>Nasopharynx, Biopsy:</u></em></strong></p><ul><li><strong>Reactive lymphoid hyperplasia with chronic non-specific inflammation (inflamed adenoids).</strong></li><li><strong>Negative for malignancy. </strong></li></ul>
