<p class="ql-align-justify">Polypoid lesion formed of non-secretory hyperplastic endometrium, it is formed of branching glands exhibiting moderate cystic dilatation with focal crowdness. Glands are lined by 1-3 layers of cells. Stroma is compact with scattered thick walled blood vessels. Endometrium is non-secretory, it is formed of slightly branching glands lined by 1-2 layers of cells. Stroma is cellular. No evidence of complex glandular pattern. No evidence of atypia or malignancy.</p>
<p>Abnormal uterine bleeding .</p>
<p class="ql-align-justify">Soft tissue fragments collectively measured 3.5x3x1 cm, totally embedded.</p>
<p class="ql-align-justify"><strong><em><u>D & C biopsy:</u></em></strong></p><ul><li class="ql-align-justify"><strong>Hyperplastic endometrial polyp.</strong></li><li class="ql-align-justify"><strong>Mild simple endometrial hyperplasia</strong></li><li class="ql-align-justify"><strong>Negative for atypia. </strong></li></ul>
