<p class="ql-align-justify">Smear showس unremarkable squamous cells, satisfactory for evaluation with present endocervical / transformation zone components. There is associated moderate inflammatory changes. Clue cell was not identified. No evidence of fungal, viral or trichomonal infection. No evidence of atypical or malignant cells.</p>
<p>Cervical erosion.</p>
<p>One smear was submitted and stained with pap stain.</p>
