Cyst wall shows partial lining by stratified squamous epithelium with related sebaceous glands and some hair follicles. There are islands of bony tissue , mature smooth muscles and mature adipose tissue. No evidence of immature elements. No evidence of malignancy.
Multiseptated mass at the lesser sac (posterior to stomach).
The specimen consists of an intact, cystic mass measuring 9.5 x 8.5 x 8 cm. The external surface is smooth, and unremarkable. On cut section, the lesion exhibits a multiloculated architecture containing yellowish fluid. A distinct focal area of osseous (bony) induration measuring 1.5 x 1 cm is identified within the stroma.
