<p class="ql-align-justify">Subcutaneous cystic lesion with fibrotic wall and lining by hyperkeratotic stratified squamous epithelium. Lumen of cyst is full of keratin flakes. Cyst wall looks deficient in foci with related dense inflammatory reaction amounting at abscess formation. Inflammation extending to breast parenchymatous tissue and adipose tissue forming areas of fat necrosis and fibrosis. No evidence of specific granuloma or caseation. No evidence of malignancy.</p>

<p class="ql-align-justify">Fibrofatty tissue measured 3.5x3x1 cm, covered by skin measuring 2.5 cm, cut section showing subcutanous cavity measures 1.8x1.5 cm, totally embedded.</p>
<h3><strong><em><u>Breast lesion, incisional biopsy :</u></em></strong></h3><ul><li><strong> Inclusion epidermal cyst, inflamed with abscess formation. </strong></li><li><strong>No evidence of specific granulomas. </strong></li><li><strong>Negative for malignancy.</strong></li></ul>
