<p class="ql-align-justify">Polypoid lesion composed of hyperplastic endocervical mucous glands and Nabothian cysts, covered by focally ulcerated columnar endocervical epithelium Stroma is fibrotic and vascular and shows focal infiltration by inflammatory cells. No evidence of endometrial tissue . No evidence of atypia or malignancy.</p>
<p>Cervical polyp.</p>
<p>Polyp measured 1x0.9x0.7 cm, totally embedded.</p>
<p class="ql-align-justify"><strong><em><u>Cervical polypectomy :</u></em></strong></p><ul><li class="ql-align-justify"><strong>Inflamed hyperplastic endocervical polyp with Nabothian cysts. </strong></li><li class="ql-align-justify"><strong>Negative for atypia. </strong></li></ul>
