Diagnosis
<p>Sections show some fragments showing marked hyperplasia of the mucosal associated lymphoid tissue which retain active and intact germinal centers with tingible body macrophages. In other areas, there is infiltration by atypical intermediate and large sized lymphoid cells admixed with scattered plasma cells. No evidence of specific granulomas. </p><p>For confirmation or exclusion of lymphomatous infiltration, marker study (CD20, CD3, BCL-2, BCL-6 and CD10 and Ki67) is recommended.</p><p class="ql-align-justify"><br></p>
<p>Nasopharyngeal mass.</p>
<p>Soft tissue fragments collectivelly measured 1x0.8x0.5 cm, totally embedded.</p>
