<p class="ql-align-justify">Focally ulcerated mucosa with underlying invasive carcinoma formed of irregular and solid groups of large malignant undifferentiated epithelial cells exhibiting marked anaplasia and mitosis. Cells focally show vesicular nucleoli with prominent nucleoli. Separating stroma showing dense lymphocytic infiltrate. Picture is consistent with undifferentiated carcinoma. Marker study (CK, CD20 and LCA) is needed for confirmation. </p>
<p>Nasopharyngial mass.</p>
<p class="ql-align-justify">Soft tissue fragments collectively measured 1x0.7x0.5 cm, totally embedded.</p>
