Diagnosis
<p class="ql-align-justify">A benign bone tumor formed of wide fibromyxoid and chondroid areas. Myxoid areas show hypocellular as well as hypercellular areas with stellate and spindle cells as well as focal irregular calcification. Scattered multinucleated giant cells of the osteoclastic type are seen focally rimming the myxoid areas. No evidence of malignancy. Picture in correlation with radiologic findings is consistent with chondromyxoid fibroma.</p>
<p>Right tibial biopsy</p>
<p>Soft tissue fragments collectively measured 3.3x3x1 cm, totally embedded.</p>
<p><strong><em><u>Tibia lesion, biopsy:</u></em></strong></p><ul><li><strong>Chondromyxoid fibroma. </strong></li><li><strong>Negative for malignancy.</strong></li></ul>
