<p class="ql-align-justify">1- Myometrial tumor is a benign leiomyoma formed of whorly bundles of mature smooth muscles separated by a fibrous stroma. No evidence of tumor necrosis. No evidence of atypia or malignancy</p><p class="ql-align-justify">2- Smear was generally hypocellular and shows few inflammatory cells in a proteinaceous background. No evidence of epithelial cells. o evidence of atypical or malignant cells.</p>
<p>Posterior uterine fibroid and Rt ovarian cyst.</p>
<p class="ql-align-justify">Two samples were received:</p><p class="ql-align-justify">1- Myomectomy: fibroid mass measured 4.8x4.5x4 cm, having solid rubbery whitish cut section.</p><p class="ql-align-justify">2- Rt ovarian cyst fluid aspiration cytology: 1 ml bloody fluid from which 1 smear was prepared and stained.</p>
<p><strong><em><u>1- Myomectomy:</u></em></strong></p><ul><li><strong>Leiomyoma. </strong></li><li><strong>Negative for malignancy. </strong></li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong><em><u>2- Ovarian Cyst Fluid, Aspiration Cytology:</u></em></strong></p><ul><li><strong>Hypocellular material. </strong></li><li><strong>Negative for malignancy.</strong></li></ul>
