<p class="ql-align-justify">Rt. modified radical mastectomy status post lumpectomy for breast cancer.</p>
<p class="ql-align-justify">Fibrofatty tissue measured 15x9 cm, covered by a skin ellipse of 12.5x3.5 cm, with unremarkable nipple and areola, with attached axillary tail. Serial sectioning revealed obliterated tumor bed 1.8x1.5x1 cm. Surgical clearances are 6.2 cm, 1.2 cm, 3 cm, 10 cm and 1 cm from the superior, inferior, medial, lateral and deep margins, respectively. Dissected axillary lymph nodes are variable sized largest is 1 cm.</p><p class="ql-align-justify"><br></p>
