<p>Immunostains were performed with appropriate positive and negative controls:</p><ul><li><strong>Pan-Cytokeratin (AE1/AE3):</strong> Positive in tumor cells.</li><li><strong>CD3: </strong>Negative in tumor cells.</li><li><strong>CD20:</strong> Negative in tumor cells.</li><li><strong>CD68:</strong> Negative in tumor cells.</li></ul>
<p class="ql-align-justify">Gastric Cardiac stenosis by firm tissues involving pericardial area, extending to fundus and body of stomach with coarse mucosa.</p>
<p class="ql-align-justify">One paraffin and one H&E slide (of previously submitted biopsy: 0616-2026) for immunohistochemistry.</p>
