Glands are lined by 2-3 layers of cells and separated by compact stroma. Glandular epiethlium exhibts mild dysplasia. However, no evidence of malignancy</p>
<p>Thickened endometrium.</p>
<p class="ql-align-justify">Soft tissue fragments collectively measured 2.5x1.8 0.8 cm, totally embedded.</p>
<p><strong><em><u>D and C biopsy :</u></em></strong></p><ul><li><strong>Mode simple cystic endometrial hyperplasia with associated mild atypia. </strong></li><li><strong>Negative for malignancy. </strong></li></ul>
