<p class="ql-align-justify">Endometrial polyp and endometrium shows hyperplastic endometrial glands is non-secretory, it is formed of slightly branching glands lined by 1-2 layers of cells. Stroma is cellular. No evidence of complex glandular pattern. Some of the hyperplastic endometrium are seen embedded within superficial myometrium. Cervix shows Nabothian cysts and mild endocervicitis and squamous metaplasia. Lt ovary shows cystic follicle. Both ovaries shows Corpora albicans. Fallopian tubes are unremarkable. No evidence of atypia or malignancy.</p>
<p>Uterine adhesions</p>
<p class="ql-align-justify">Panhysterectomy specimen; uterus measures 9x6.5x4.5 cm with myometrial thickness of 2.3 cm showing and endometrial thickness of 0.4 cm, with endometrial polyp measured 0.8 cm. Cervix is 3 cm, long. <span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34);">The Rt. ovary measured 2x1.8x1 cm, grossly unremarkable. The Lt. ovary measured 2.5x1.8x1.2 cm, showing multiple unilocular cysts largest measured 0.6 cm. The right and left fallopian tubes measured 5 cm and 5.5 cm in length, respectively, and are grossly unremarkable</span></p>
<h3><strong><em><u>Panhysterectomy</u></em></strong>:</h3><ul><li><strong>Mild simple endometrial hyperplasia without atypia </strong></li><li><strong>Hyperplastic endometrial polyp </strong></li><li><strong>Superficial adenomyosis </strong></li><li><strong>Cervical Nabothian cysts and mild endocervicitis and squamous metaplasia. </strong></li><li><strong>Lt ovarian cystic follicle. </strong></li><li><strong>Fallopian tubes are unremarkable.</strong></li><li><strong>Negative for malignancy. </strong></li></ul><p class="ql-align-justify"><br></p>
