<p>Postmenopausal uterine bleeding.</p>
<p class="ql-align-justify">Panhysterectomy specimen; uterus measures 9.3x6.5x4 cm with myometrial thickness of 2 cm showing and endometrial thickness of 0.8 cm, with fairly defined endometrial mass measured 4x3.5x1. 5 cm. Cervix is 3 cm, long. <span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34);">The Rt. and Lt. ovaries measured 2. 5x1.5x1 cm and 2.3x1.5x1 cm, both are grossly unremarkable. The right and left fallopian tubes measured 5.5 cm and 5 cm in length, respectively, and are grossly unremarkable.</span></p>
