<p class="ql-align-justify">Polypoid lesion composed of irregular, branching and focally endometrial glands lined by 1-3 layers of non-secrertory columnar cells. Separating stroma is abundant and contains bundles of smooth muscles. No evidence of atypia or malignancy. </p>
<p>Postmenopausal bleeding</p>
<p class="ql-align-justify">Soft tissue fragment measured 2.5x2x1.2 cm, totally embedded.</p>
<p><strong><em><u>Fractional currettage</u></em></strong>:</p><ul><li><strong>Polypoid adenomyoma. </strong></li><li><strong>Negative for malignancy. </strong></li></ul>
