<p class="ql-align-justify">A subcutaneous non-capsulated lesion composed of irregular bundles of proliferating fibrocytes with abundant amounts of collagen in the stroma. There are few foci of lymphocyte collection in the lesion. No evidence of malignancy. </p>
<p>Lt external ear mass.</p>
<p class="ql-align-justify">Skin rubbery polyp measures 1.3x1.2 cm, totally embedded.</p>
<p><strong><em><u>External ear mass, excision biopsy:</u></em></strong></p><ul><li><strong>Keloid. </strong></li><li><strong>Negative for malignancy. </strong></li></ul>
