Diagnosis
<p class="ql-align-justify">Nodular hyperplasia of prostatic glands and the fibromuscular stroma. Glands exhibit focal cystic change with epithelial infoldings. The normal lobular pattern is preserved and cytologic features are unremarkable. Stroma shows focal infiltration by lymphocytes and plasma cells. No evidence of malignancy. </p>
<p>Enlarged prostate gland. PSA 8.8</p>
<p class="ql-align-justify">Prostatic fragments of of collective size 4x3x2 cm, totally embedded.</p>
<p><strong><em><u>Prostate gland, TUR: </u></em></strong></p><ul><li class="ql-align-justify"><strong>Nodular adenofibromyomatous hyperplasia with associated chronic non-specific prostatitis</strong></li><li class="ql-align-justify"><strong>Negative for malignancy. </strong></li></ul>
