<p>Rt. pleural effusion. History of esophageal carcinoma.</p>
<p class="ql-align-justify">One smear was prepared and stained from submitted 20 ml pale yellow fluid.</p>
<p><strong><em><u>Pleural fluid, cytology:</u></em></strong></p><ul><li><strong>Moderate inflammatory changes.</strong></li><li><strong>Negative for malignant cells. </strong></li><li><strong>(Category II according to The International System for Reporting Serous Fluid Cytology, ISRSFC).</strong></li></ul>
