<p>Postmenopausal bleeding.</p>
<p class="ql-align-justify">Panhysterectomy specimen showing: uterus 7x5.5x3 cm with 1.5 cm thick wall showing multiple fibroid masses the largest measured 2x1.8 cm. Endometrial thickness is 0.8 cm, showing rubbery mass 3.5x0.9 cm, away 2.8 cm from endocervix. Cervix is 2.5 cm long. Rt and Lt ovaries measured 3x2x1.2 cm and 3x1.8x1 cm, respectively, grossly unremarkable. Rt and Lt Fallopian tubes are 6 cm and 5 cm, respectively, both are grossly unremarkable.</p>
