Diagnosis
<p>Intact skin with underlying non-capsulated nodular dermal tumor formed of solid masses of proliferating basaloid cells with scanty amphophilic cytoplasm. These masses appear to be continuous with surface epithelium. Picture is consistent with an eccrine poroma. No evidence of malignancy and excision of lesion appears complete.</p><p class="ql-align-justify"><br></p>
<p>Back skin lesion.</p>
<p class="ql-align-justify">Skin fragment measured 3.5x3x2 cm showing related dermal rubbery nodule 1x1 cm shows grayish brown cut section, away 0.3 cm from least circumferential margins of excision. </p>
<p><strong><em><u>Back skin lesion, Excision Biopsy:</u></em></strong></p><ul><li><strong>Eccrine acrospiroma (eccrine poroma).</strong></li><li><strong>Negative for malignancy. </strong></li></ul>
