Diagnosis
<p class="ql-align-justify">Endometrium is non-secretory, it is formed of slightly branching glands lined by 1-3 layers of cells. Stroma is cellular. No evidence of complex glandular pattern. Some of the hyperplastic endometrium are seen embedded within superficial myometrium. Cervix shows Nabothian cysts and mild endocervicitis and squamous metaplasia. Rt ovary shows corpus luteum cyst. Rt and Lt ovaries show cystic follicle and corpora albicans. Both ovaries shows Corpora albicans. Fallopian tubes are unremarkable. No evidence of atypia or malignancy.</p>
<p>Abnormal uterine bleeding and adenomyosis.</p>
<p class="ql-align-justify">Panhysterectomy specimen; uterus measures 9.5x7x4 cm with myometrial thickness of 2 cm showing and endometrial thickness of 0.5 cm. Cervix is 3 cm, long. <span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34);">The Rt. ovary measured 3.5x2x1.3 cm, showing 3 unilocular cysts largest measured 1.5 cm. The Lt. ovary measured 2.3x1.5x1 cm, showing 5 unilocular cysts largest measured 0.5 cm. The right and left fallopian tubes measured 5.5 cm and 5 cm in length, respectively, and are grossly unremarkable</span></p>
<h3><strong><em><u>Panhysterectomy</u></em></strong>:</h3><ul><li><strong>Moderate simple endometrial hyperplasia without atypia </strong></li><li><strong>Superficial adenomyosis </strong></li><li><strong>Cervical Nabothian cysts and mild endocervicitis and squamous metaplasia. </strong></li><li><strong>Rt ovarian corpus luteum cyst. </strong></li><li><strong>Fallopian tubes are unremarkable.</strong></li><li><strong>Negative for malignancy. </strong></li></ul><p class="ql-align-justify"><br></p>
