<p class="ql-align-justify">Endometrium is non-secretory and hyperplastic, it is formed of branching glands exhibiting focal moderate cystic dilatation with lining by 1-3 layers of cells amid cellular stroma. No evidence of complex pattern, atypia or malignancy. Some of these hyperplastic endometrial glands are seen embedded within superficial myometrium. Myometrial tumor is benign leiomyoma formed of whorly bundles of mature smooth muscles separated by a fibrous stroma. No evidence of tumor necrosis. No evidence of atypia or malignancy. Cervix show Napothian cyts with mild endocervicites and related squamous metaplasia.</p>
<p class="ql-align-justify">Abnormal cells in cervical pap smear.</p>
<p class="ql-align-justify">Total hysterectomy specimen showing: uterus 7.3x3.5x3 cm with 1.5 cm thick wall showing fibroid mass measured 0.3x0.3 cm. Endometrial thickness is 0.3 cm. Cervix is 2.5 cm long.</p>
<p><strong><em><u>Total hysterectomy:</u></em></strong></p><ul><li><strong>Moderate simple cystic endometrial hyperplasia without atypia. </strong></li><li><strong>Superficial adenomyosis. </strong></li><li><strong>Leiomyoma </strong></li><li><strong>Cervical Nabothian cysts with mild endocervicitis and squamous metaplasia. </strong></li><li><strong>Negative for malignancy. </strong></li></ul>
