Diagnosis
<p class="ql-align-justify">Endometrial polyp and endometrium shows hyperplastic endometrial glands, is non-secretory, it is formed of moderately cystic glands lined by 1-2 layers of cells. Stroma is cellular. No evidence of complex glandular pattern. Some of the hyperplastic endometrium are seen embedded within deep myometrium. Cervix shows Nabothian cysts and squamous metaplasia. Both ovaries shows cystic follicles and corpora albicans. Fallopian tubes are unremarkable. No evidence of atypia or malignancy.</p>
<p>Postmenopausal bleeding</p>
<p class="ql-align-justify">Panhysterectomy specimen; uterus measures 9x5.5x4 cm with myometrial thickness of 2 cm showing and endometrial thickness of 0.8 cm, with endometrial polyp measured 2.7x0.8 cm. Cervix is 3 cm, long. <span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34);">The Rt. And Lt. ovaries measured 2.3x1.3x1 cm and 2x1.3x1 cm, both are grossly unremarkable. The right and left fallopian tubes measured 5.5 cm and 6 cm, respectively, and both are grossly unremarkable</span></p>
<h3><strong><em><u>Panhysterectomy</u></em></strong>:</h3><ul><li><strong>Moderate cystic simple endometrial hyperplasia without atypia </strong></li><li><strong>Hyperplastic endometrial polyp </strong></li><li><strong>Deep adenomyosis </strong></li><li><strong>Cervical Nabothian cysts and squamous metaplasia. </strong></li><li><strong>Ovarian cystic follicle and corpora albicans. </strong></li><li><strong>Fallopian tubes are unremarkable.</strong></li><li><strong>Negative for malignancy. </strong></li></ul><p class="ql-align-justify"><br></p>
